BIP Chart Comment Positioning
1. What does this feature do? (High-Level Overview)
Section titled “1. What does this feature do? (High-Level Overview)”This feature lets users choose where chart comment text appears vertically on BIP progress charts: top, middle, or bottom. It helps teams place comments where they are easiest to read without changing the comment date, scope, or chart data.
2. Who is this for? (Roles & Permissions)

manage_bips): Can add, update, and delete chart comments, including the selected text position. - Users with BIP view access (
