Clients Communication Report

The Clients Communications report displays a history of interaction and notifications with the parent of the patient during a selected month of a selected year. This report only shows actual patients that belong to the current location.

Any Role with permission to update clients and view all clients.

  • Super Admin: Can view and edit this report in their assigned locations.
  • Admin: Can view and edit this report in their assigned location.
  • Owner: Can view and edit this report in their assigned location.
  • Manager: Can view and edit this report in their assigned location.
  • Rule 1: Only visible for roles with “update_clients” and “view_all_clients” permissions.
  1. Reports > Management > Clients Communication Report
  1. From the main dashboard, navigate to Reports > Management in the main menu.
  2. Click the Clients Communication Report button.
  3. Select the desired options from the dropdown filters: Month, Client Status, and Manager.
