Supervision Payment
1. What does this feature do?
Section titled “1. What does this feature do?”Each user has a supervision payment field that can be configured independently for each assigned location.
2. Who is this for? (Roles & Permissions)
Section titled “2. Who is this for? (Roles & Permissions)”Any Role with permission to manage employees.
- Super Admin: Can view and edit supervision payment for all users in all locations assigned.
- Admin: Can view and edit supervision payment for all users within their own location.
- Owner: Can view and edit supervision payment for all users within their own location.
- Manager: Can view and edit supervision payment for all users within their own location.

Section titled “5. How-To Guide (Step-by-Step)”A user may have a different supervision payment option for each assigned location.
Pay All
When this option is selected, the payroll displays all hours worked by the user and includes the full amount in their total payment.
Pay 5% percent
When this option is selected, overlapping supervised hours are subtracted from the user’s payroll calculation.
But an additional 5% of the total hours worked is added.
This 5% adjustment is reflected in both the total hours worked and the final payment amount in the Payroll report.
Pay No Supervision
When this option is selected, overlapping supervised hours are subtracted from the user’s payroll calculation.
This adjustment is reflected in both the total hours worked and the final payment amount in the Payroll report.
