Parent's Children Notes

1. What does this feature do? (High-Level Overview)

The Parent’s Notes List is where a parent can find all unapproved notes belonging to his/her children, regardless of location.

2. Who is this for? (Roles & Permissions)

• Parents: Users with an active parent account linked to at least one patient.

3. Business Rules & Enforcements

• Only unapproved notes are shown.

4. UI Placement

• Notes — Parents can approve notes belonging only to their children.

5. How-To Guide (Step-by-Step)

1. In the main menu, navigate to Notes.
2. In the table, under “Select All” column choose one or more notes to approve.
3. Click the “Approve Notes” button.
