  • Role: enables or restricts full sections.
  • Permissions: control specific actions (view, create, edit, manage).
  • Location context: changes visibility of location-scoped functions.
  • Feature flags: enable or disable capabilities without changing the core flow.
  1. Sign in and complete required security steps (including 2FA if applicable).
  2. Confirm the menu available for the active role.
  3. If an option is missing, validate role, permissions, and active location.
  4. If there is a technical error, capture evidence and escalate to support.
