Functional access controls
Section titled “Functional access controls”- Role: enables or restricts full sections.
- Permissions: control specific actions (view, create, edit, manage).
- Location context: changes visibility of location-scoped functions.
- Feature flags: enable or disable capabilities without changing the core flow.
Recommended flow
Section titled “Recommended flow”- Sign in and complete required security steps (including 2FA if applicable).
- Confirm the menu available for the active role.
- If an option is missing, validate role, permissions, and active location.
- If there is a technical error, capture evidence and escalate to support.
