Payroll Notes

The Payroll Notes module displays a list of notes related to an employee’s payroll.

Any Role with permission to view and update employees.

  • Super Admin: Can view and edit an employee’s payroll notes in their assigned locations.
  • Admin: Can view and edit an employee’s payroll notes in their assigned location.
  • Owner: Can view and edit an employee’s payroll notes in their assigned location.
  • Manager: Can view and edit an employee’s payroll notes in their assigned location.
  • Rule 1: Only visible for roles with “update_employees”, “view_employees” permissions.

  1. From the main dashboard, navigate to Employees in the main menu.
  2. At the bottom of the Employee’s form find the Payroll Notes module.
  3. Three inputs are given when creating a payroll note: Date, Observations, Status.
  4. Use the toggle to filter active and inactive notes.
