BCBAs Report

1. What does this feature do?

The BCBA report displays a list of clients along with the hours worked by CPT code, recorded by their providers. This report only includes clients assigned to the current location

2. Who is this for? (Roles & Permissions)

Any Role with permission to update clients and view all clients.

• Super Admin: Can view this report in their assigned locations.
• Admin: Can view this report in their assigned location.
• Owner: Can view this report in their assigned location.
• Manager: Can view this report in their assigned location.

3. Business Rules & Enforcements

• Rule 1: Only visible for roles with “update_clients” and “view_all_clients” permissions.

4. UI Placement

• Reports > Management > BCBAs Report
• Reports > Clinical > BCBAs Report

5. How-To Guide (Step-by-Step)

1. From the main dashboard, navigate to Reports > Management or Reports > Clinical in the main menu.
2. Click the BCBAs Report button.
3. Select the desired option for the Biweekly Period.

It shows information like:

• RBT name.
• Hours work by Note 97153 after applying supervision payment rule.
• Hours of supervised worked by the BCBA (97155).
• Hours worked by the BCBA with the patient’s Parent (97156).
